Friday 15th May 0930-1130, Spott Village Hall, near Dunbar, East Lothian As women in midlife, we are often the chief plate spinners. We spend our days managing everyone else’s schedules, moods, and needs, often leaving us feeling completely overdrawn with nothing left in the tank for ourselves. We’re told we need to change everything to feel better. We disagree. Just One Thing is a 2 hour gift to yourself, designed to help you pause, identify your energy drains and regain clarity. By blending the gentle science of midlife health with the restorative power of yoga, we aim to create a pocket of calm for you. Antonia Siegel of Health Habits Life and Isla of Your Yoga collaborate to bring you this small, intimate group session (max 10) designed to help you feel clear and calm. We hope you leave feeling nurtured and empowered, with some practical takeaways to support your mind and body. It's simple; come as you are. Leave with a little more of yourself.
